FINANCE

  • Accounting systems review to include COA, Items, Inventory, P&L, Sales, Payroll, AR/AP, and monthly reporting.  Will restructure for future growth and tax preparations if necessary.

  • COGS breakdowns of goods/services to determine profit margins and evaluate opportunities to reduce costs.

  • Forecasting and projections for production capacity, financial needs, future growth expectations, revenue streams, and potential product launches.

  • Maximize resources to reduce costs, increase efficiencies, develop leaders within their company, eliminate risks, grow revenues, and improve customer satisfaction.
